Internal brand touchpoints often get overlooked—but they’re essential for shaping how employees feel about their workplace. I was tasked with creating visual systems that made our values visible, reinforced a strong culture, and turned everyday moments into meaningful interactions.

I designed a series of adaptable internal campaigns and assets that celebrated company culture in both subtle and standout ways. Each design was created to be both on-brand and approachable—humanizing the workplace experience while reflecting RLI’s commitment to excellence and inclusivity.
